PLEASE NOTE: Do not proceed to the waiting room if you have not made payment for your visit. Call (480) 420-0882 To make payment prior to your appointment.

Instructions on how to proceed:

1.  Click the green button that states "Enter Waiting Room" directly to your right.

2.  Click "Enter waiting room as guest"

3.  A pop up will appear, Enter your first and last name and check the "I give my consent" box.

4.  You will then continue and another pop up will appear, Click "Install Vsee"

5. Click Next.

6.  You will be asked "Open Vsee?" Click "Open Vsee"

7. You will then appear on screen via your camera. Sit tight and our physician will be right with you!
